Emmy turned 13 on Tuesday. I can't believe she is a teenager. She started the morning opening presents, then we went to the temple then back for chocolate chip Mickey Mouse pancakes, and off to school. Her friend Kelsey brought her Chik-fila for lunch and then she had softball practice. Then she decided she wanted In-n-Out for dinner. Nana and Poppy met us there and we had a fun dinner.
Grammy made her a llama blanket that she loved.
And Nana got her a stuffed Llama. Are we seeing a pattern?
Emmy is amazing! She is not afraid to learn new things and goes after what she wants. She tries to live by the spirit and I am amazed by her ability to receive revelation. I am so grateful to be her mom and can't wait to see what the future holds for her.
