Children's Museum

Rook and I took a trip to downtown Phoenix to the Children's Museum. We got to ride in a flying bathtub, go shopping, drive cars and play in a noodle forest. This kid has so much personality and I love hanging out with him!

School Dance

The kids had a school dance on Friday night. Somehow they talked Jamie and I into taking them. They were supposed to dress up like the 50's, 60's, 70's or 80's.

Cheap Seats

We found a special on Diamondbacks tickets and decided to take the whole family. We also invited Shawn's family and my parents and Wacey and Jenny and Blake. I think we all had a wonderful time.

It's a Beautiful Day

When Jamie was in high school, U2 performed their Joshua Tree tour at ASU stadium and he really wanted to go. The tickets were $5. The concert was on Sunday and his mom wouldn't let him go. This year was the 30th anniversary of that album and they did the Joshua Tree tour again. So he got us tickets. I think he finally "found what he was looking for." We took Neil and Karen Curtis with us and we had a fun time.

It was a beautiful day, I love this guy. I love when he gets to do things he enjoys.

Constitution Fair

The constitution fair was Saturday. There were four boys from our ward that did eagle projects in association with it. So we had gone and helped set up Saturday morning and then took the kids back over that evening. They always love it and it makes my heart happy to celebrate this amazing country that we live in.

Young Eagles

As part of the Labor Day celebration in Taylor they had something called Young Eagles where they gave kids the chance to go up in a small airplane. Emmy, TJ, and Addy were all old enough to go. They thought it was pretty cool.
