My favorite night of the season is always going to see Christmas Carol. Every year I enjoy it more. This year was especially fun as Cory McCloskey from channel 10 played Ebenezer Scrooge. As I thought about it tonight I came to the conclusion that we are each Ebenezer Scrooge trying to figure out how to have that change of heart. For a very few of us it comes in the middle of the night with visitations like it did for him. For most of us it takes a lifetime of trying, making mistakes, getting back up, and learning and growing. But for all of us true change requires the atonement of the Savior which is why the story is perfect for this time of year.

Cousins Party
Jamie has been wanting to have a cousins party for quite awhile and we finally made it happen. We met at Joe's barbecue and had a good time just visiting with his family.

Gilbert Days Run
We ran a combined total of 25.3 miles. Not bad for a morning's work. I ran the half marathon and Jamie and Emmy ran the 10k. They were supposed to run together but I think Emmy took off without him:) She is amazing!!! 6.1 in 58 minutes and first in her age group. I was super proud of Jamie also. He hates to run but did it to support Emmy and I. He is such a great dad and husband!

Fall Ball
Another year of baseball has come to an end. Jamie loves to coach and it is fun watching him and TJ together. We took pictures of all the boys and team pics and made them each their own baseball card and team picture.
6!
Evie's 6!!! She started the day with presents and smiley face pancakes and ended it with crown cake and had school in between. It doesn't get much better than that! Evie is such a cute girl! We love her and are so excited she is part of our family.
