Trunk or Treat

Last night was our ward trunk or treat. We had several costumes that we gave Addy as options and she just didn't like any of them. This was my personal favorite, but she didn't like the wig.

So she ended up like this. This is very similar to her everyday attire. She loves wearing dresses and if I put her in pants in the morning, about an hour later she has on a skirt.

Last year around Halloween I saw the blog of a lady who had made her and her husband matching skeleton costumes with the baby skeleton. I thought they were so cute. So I talked Jamie into it and we made our costumes Friday night for date night.

The kids had a great time and loved all the candy.

Joy School Halloween Party

Emmy had their Halloween party at joy school today. They had a costume parade and let the siblings come. Here are pictures of her and TJ. We are still trying to decide what Addy is going to be.

FHE Fun

With our FHE lesson last night we had some Halloween fun. We made caramel apples and then put faces on our pumpkins.

1st T-Ball Game

Today was Emmy and T.J.'s first t-ball game. They don't keep score but they both did really well and acted like they had fun.

A fun surprise...

This pregnancy has seemed harder than the other 3. I don't know if it is being older, or having 3 other kids to take care of, but I feel like I have been so impatient with my kids and have just been struggling a little bit. Tonight I had a fun surprise. One of the women that is in the relief society presidency with me, showed up with all her stuff to give me a pedicure. She had arranged it with Jamie. It seems like sometimes, as a mom, you spend your whole life serving other people, and her act of service for me made me want to cry.

On the 8th of October, we had our third annual Sherwood Super Saturday. We had a lot of fun and got to make lots of cute crafts.

Field Trip

Emmy's joy school went on a field trip today to Marley Farm's Petting Zoo. So I went with them and took T.J. and Addy. They got to feed and brush the animals. They all acted like they had a good time.

T-Ball

T.J. loves baseball and he is a little young but if we signed him up this season, then him and Emmy could play on the same team. So we signed them up and Jamie is coaching them. We have only had a couple of practices but so far it has gone okay.

But the real reason I am writing this blog is because what happened last practice. The team was all out in the field and Jamie was helping them and me and Addy were sitting there watching and one of the dad's walked up and Addy said, "Jesus."
